Katelyn Mills

Kate is a current senior at the University of Michigan and a Undergraduate Research Assistant in the STaR Lab. She is currently pursuing a B.S. in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience and minors in Gender and Health and Law, Justice, and Social Change. In the future, she hopes to earn her MD and work in psychiatry or as an emergency physician. Her interests include bridging the gap in suicide prevention research within underrepresented populations, improving conditions in community mental health settings, and expanding access to quality mental health care for underprivileged and underserved populations.
