R34 Aim 2: NIMH CBSPp Study
This study aims to modify and test the acceptability, feasibility, and preliminary effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Suicide Prevention for psychosis (CBSPp), a promising intervention requiring protocol and implementation modifications to increase its utility in community mental health (CMH). Adults with schizophrenia spectrum disorders and recent suicide thoughts or behavior (n=60) will be enrolled and randomized to receive CBSPp or services as usual.
